You built your company, devoted, real. Now, it's running. People depend on it, on you.

But somewhere between starting and operating, the excitement disappeared, the fun vanished. Autopilot crept in.

So let's ask the questions nobody else is asking. Not about strategy or numbers. But about you.

Coaching for founder-entrepreneurs

Let's talk

The feeling

You know where you've been. Where you're going is a different question.

The business is running. The revenue is there, maybe not in the way you hoped it would, but still. And the team shows up, hard-working, dedicated.

Yet something feels off. Hard to name, harder to fix. The calendar is full but the energy isn't. Decisions that used to come naturally now take longer. You've let the company thusfar, but you question the next steps.

So you did what makes sense. You talked to a strategist. Maybe brought in a consultant. You look at the numbers, the positioning, and the team structure, and try to see what the future holds.

And yet the feeling stays. Uncertainty, doubt, and maybe a bit of second-guessing yourself, creeps in.

Because the answers you're looking for aren't hiding in strategy or structure. They require something deeper.

The amazing business you built, somehow stopped feeling like it's yours somewhere along the way. That's not a business problem.

That's drift.

And that's the gap where I start.

The NEED

you need a person in your corner.

As a founder-entrepreneur, you wear all the hats. Or you did, until the people who stepped up over the years, took some of them off your head, so now you run weekly management meetings. Yet you still call all the shots.

People look to you for direction, clarity, and leadership. You feel the weight of those decisions, alone. You carry the team, alone. You hold the vision, the strategy and the execution together, alone.

That's hard for any CEO. But there's an extra layer when you're the one who started it. Because at some point you felt the need to create this business. Maybe it started from a chat at the bar on a casual Friday night. Maybe it was a carefully crafted plan sitting in your desk drawer for years.

Either way: the business is you, and you are your business. Every decision is just a little heavier because of it. Because it's personal.

So when you become detached from it, you feel like running a vehicle you don't remember building. It's not what you thought it would be. Not what you envisioned.

That's where this coaching finds its ground. Designed for you. To realign you with your business.

How do we do that? We start with you, your goals and ambitions, but also your fears and doubts. From there, we start exploring the business, how it came about, what works, what doesn't, and what the future looks like to you. Lastly, we'll work on and with the people around you and your business.

I know it's messy. And that's fine.

You don't need to have it figured out or have the right words before we talk. You don't need a full summary of the situation, or a plan of what you want to get out of this.

Because there might be things you haven't said out loud yet. Doubts you've been pushing aside because there's always something more urgent to deal with. Or maybe you've lost track of yourself somewhere between the first year and now.

It's okay. Let's talk about it. Because before we touch the business, I need to get to know you.

That's why I work one-on-one, and I prefer to have the meetings, face to face, maybe while going for a walk or having coffee. I'm not here to become your bff or personal therapist, but coaching, to me, is something personal.

There has to be a fit if you're going to trust me with your entrepreneurial doubts, fears, and desires. I'll be the partner you can ring for a casual chat or a 2AM panic mode. My nickname is not coincidently 'companion in chaos'.

Business gets messy, it's part of the game. So you need someone you can trust, lean on and confide in. Not another coach managing your case amongst 50 others. So yes, my customer base is small, by choice. You will have my attention.

The work

it's about you. until it isn't.

Once personal trust is established, we'll take our time to focus on you as an entrepreneur. Your focus, your clarity on why you're doing this and where you want to take it. Because without it, every strategy, every plan, every decision you make will be built on unstable ground.

Only then, we move to your business. Your business is an extension of you. The way you built it, the decisions you made, the culture it carries, it all reflects who you are. Which is exactly why we can't look at it clearly until we've looked at you first.

When deep-diving into the business, we'll identify what's working and what isn't, where the business is heading, what challenges are coming. And we can start steering it back on course. Your course, not someone else's idea of what it should look like.

That's where we get practical. We'll draw the vision boards, the financial plans, the timelines, and KPIs. Everything tailored to however you want to work and whatever the future will look like for your company. Not a general roadmap or schedule that has been copy pasted onto your business.

This will be your business plan. The techniques used are based on my experiences and knowledge from inside different companies. Think of business strategy, financial and business controlling, process optimization and digitalization, and yes, even AI when needed.

Lastly, we'll have a look at the people around you, contributing to your business. You are, in no small part, the result of the people you spend most of your time with.

Your management team, your closest collaborators, your co-founders. If they're not aligned with where you're going, with what you stand for, with the course we just set, the work stops there. So we look at who's around you, how they influence you, and whether the people closest to your business are pulling in the same direction.

The order of those steps is fixed. First it's you, then your business and then the people in and around it.

There's no fixed timeline to the coaching, because there's no rigid program. It takes however long it takes, because we follow what's real, not what fits a schedule.

In practice we meet weekly. It can be a call to check in or a proper workout moment, where we go deeper into whatever needs attention that week. And between sessions I'm here. No hourly billing, no hesitation about whether to reach out. When we partner up, we partner up fully.

The result isn't a new strategy or a 90 day fix-all plan. It's your spark back. Your energy. Your willingness to build the next ten years.

Oh, and if you ever need to punch out some frustrations between brain workouts, I can bring my gloves or call my PT for an even harder workout. Just say the word.

The coachees

if you bring your authentic self, we'll be just fine.

This is not for everyone. And that's by design.

If you're still in the dreaming phase, not yet running a business, come back when you are. This work requires something real to work with.

If you're looking for a quick fix, a 30 day transformation or a plug and play strategy, this isn't it either. What we do here takes time, honesty and a willingness to go to places that might feel uncomfortable before they feel liberating.

And if you're convinced ChatGPT can replace a solid sparring partner, we'll agree to disagree. I've been an absolute AI-lover from the get-go. It has a place in the right domain, for the right kind of work. Not here. Because this is personal.

This type of work is for someone curious and ambitious. Someone ready to go deep, to reflect honestly on themselves and their role in their business.

Someone kind, to the people around them, and to themselves. Not defensive, not looking for validation. Open to listen, and to respond.

Someone who, even on the hard days, still finds a reason to keep going. Who looks at a half empty glass and chooses to see it differently.

If that sounds like you, we'll get along just fine.

And don’t worry, I'll bring enough energy for the both of us.

I work in Dutch, English and French with founders and business owners across Europe. If that's you, the door is open.

Don't take my word for it.

"Anne, you are such a bad*ss woman. You explained complex matters incredibly well, presented it very clearly, and you know what you're talking about. I would 💯 recommend!"

Evelien

Don't take my word for it.

“The way you talk about business… no one in my network talks like that. It just makes sense.”

Stijn

Don't take my word for it.

"Wow, that was great coaching. Sometimes challenging, but I did it! I realize now that I need to make it a habit to regularly delve deeper into my own affairs and thoughts."
