TL;DR

Running for your next meeting and not a lot of time to read? That's fine. Your time is valuable.

That's why I created this page: TLDR or Too Long;Didn't Read, provides just the right amount of how, who, and why's to get you informed.

Happy (short) reading!

The problem

You're not stuck, nor lost. You've drifted.

The business is running. The numbers are holding, the team shows up. And still, something feels off. The calendar is full but the energy isn't. Decisions that used to come naturally now take longer.

You're trying to make it better, more energyzing again. Maybe you've already tried working with a strategist. Brought in a consultant. Looked at the numbers. Yet the feeling stayed. The 'this is it'-vibe fades as quick as a rainbow after a storm.

The problem you're facing isn't a business problem. It's drift. And you can't fix that with a business strategy, not as a start. First, it's about you.

That gap, between the founder you were and the role you play now, is the only thing I work on.

The work

Three layers. Always in this order.

1

You first.

Who you are, what drives you, why you started, whether that reason still holds, what your dreams are.

Most founders haven't had this conversation in years.

2

Then your business.

Where it actually is. What's working. What you've been quietly tolerating.

Plans, budgets, KPI's will be built around who you are and what you want to achieve with the company.

This is not a generic roadmap that you need to apply or fit into.

3

Then the people.

The circle closest to you shapes you constantly and vice versa. So you don't just build a company, you build the people in it, as well.

Team alignment, motivation and guidance will be an integrated part of this work. Because if they're not committed to where you're going, everything else has a ceiling.

Weekly meetings. No hourly billing. No fixed timeline. The work takes as long as it takes.

what to expect from me

Mirror. Catalyst. Guide.

I'll create the right setting for you to be your authentic self, and to share all that has been keeping you up at night, both the bold aspirations as the shadows we call self-doubt.

This shows up in three different settings:

  • Mirror: I reflect back what's actually there. What you're saying, avoiding, repeating. This requires an open mind.

  • Catalyst: I ask questions that reframe everything, that point at what nobody's named yet. Then step back, let it sink in and unfold what you want to do with it.

  • Guide: I bring fifteen years of experience seeing and running businesses from the inside. Shared honestly, as a reference point, not a prescription.

Who this is for

Not for everyone. By design.

This is only intended for:

  • Founders of an SME, actively running the business.

  • Those curious & ambitious, willing to go somewhere uncomfortable.

  • Those not looking for a quick fix or a 30-day transformation

  • Those open to being challenged, not looking for validation

  • Dutch, English, or French speaking and based in Europe.

the investment

Significant. Deliberate. Worth it.

Working together is a significant investment of time and money.

The exact structure depends on what the work requires. Figured out together before anything starts.

Engagements start at 3.000€ per month. No hourly rates or extras.

Relative to the cost of another year of drifting, most people find it straightforward.

who am i

Fifteen years inside businesses.

Anne-58.jpg

I come from a family of entrepreneurs, mainly in HVAC & construction works. It runs in my blood. I started my first 'company' when I was twelve. Running my third one right now.

The a rollercoaster career I had:

  • CFO at 28. European Controller before that.

  • GM of a multifunctional venue: two hotels, two restaurants, a sports bar.

  • Co-founded a food startup. Forced to close it, with zero euros lost.

I know what it costs to keep going when everything is heavy at once.

I've carried P&Ls through difficult years, watched founders drift up close, and done the personal work too. Not as a hobby, but because my family deserves it and the work requires it.

To keep my edge and remain resilient, I practice boxing. I go for walks to boost my creative spark and run to train my endurance. When doing yoga, I find my calm, and lastly, I dance to express myself without words.

ready?

A coffee. A walk. No pitch.

First conversation is informal. You tell me what's going on. I ask a few questions. We see if there's something worth building from there.
